For the second year in a row, custom software development company Vinformatix has been named a “Best Place to Work” by the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report, Best Companies Group and Greater Baton Rouge Society for Human Resource Management (GBRSHRM).

The celebrated annual recognition, which is based on anonymous employee feedback and analysis of internal business operations and key benchmarks, is dedicated to identifying the area’s best employers among thousands of private and public sector organizations.

Vinformatix moved up 5 positions in this year’s ranking of Top 50 companies in providing a desirable workplace environment, career mobility, competitive salary and benefits, and numerous team-building events.

Founder and CEO Padma Vatsavai, whose firm also joined the prestigious Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing privately held companies this year, gives credit for today’s recognition to her team of 30 veteran and emerging professional staff, including project managers, business analysts, software developers, quality assurance analysts and organizational support staff.

“It is the employees whose testimonies determine the winners of the Best Place to Work award,” said Vatsavai, “and it’s our employees who make Vinformatix the successful company we’ve become.”

Vinformatix is a Certified Woman Owned Small Business founded in 2008 that provides custom software, data analysis and expert consulting to a wide range of corporate and government agency clients.
